Headache with eye tiredness and dizziness

Hello. I don't know which category this should be in. I have a problem that has been bugging me for quite a while now (the past 2 years or so). Sometimes, especially in very bright and noisy places, I get tired and dizzy very fast, and a mild but long-lasting pain, or more of a pressure sensation, in the front and back of my head, eyes included.
My vision is almost perfect, but when this happens, everything around me seems extremely tiring for my eyes, especially the surounding light and moving objects, making it hard to focus on something. If i try, the pain and dizziness increase. Sometimes i can barely keep my eyes open. Large, deep, dark circles normally appear.
Is this something to worry about? I usually sleep well enough, but i do skip meals sometimes, if that may be the case. Could there be something wrong with my eyes, or something else?

Hi,
Thanks for the update. Facial pain or pressure may also be caused by sinus infection, which can also lead to headache that usually increases through out the day. Sinus headaches are often misdiagnosed as migraine or cluster headaches. Over-the-counter decongestants may help. However, a direct clinical examination by your doctor will help determine the underlying cause. Take care always.

Thank you for your response. I don't experience any particular distortions in my sight, nor blindspots, instead it feels as though my eyes are over-sensitive to light and movement (suntlight or neon light especially seems a lot brighter than it is), and this seems to trigger a slightly painful pressure sensation in the eyes, frontal sinus area, temples and back of my head.

Hi,
How are you? One type of migraine called ocular migraine presents with visual warning signs or aura of the migraine attack without the headache. Repeated attacks of one-sided blind spots or blindness lasting less than an hour and associated with a headache. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Treatment for migraine may also work. A referral to an eye doctor  is also important to rule out eye disease or a disorder of the blood vessels leading to the eye as possible causes. Take care and do keep us posted.
