Hi,
Thanks for the update. How are you? The ringing, itchiness and pain in your ear may suggest an infection and you may benefit from further evaluation by an ear doctor while the coldness in your hands cam be due to neurological issues such as problems in the nerves or temperature sensors. Check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Aside from the head scan what other tests were done? Dizziness or light-headedness happens when there is not enough blood getting to the brain. This can be self-limiting or may persists depending on the cause. It may occur in a sudden drop in the blood pressure, dehydration, and
often accompanies the flu, hypoglycemia, common cold, or allergies. More serious conditions that should be ruled out include heart problems, stroke, and severe drop in blood pressure. If it persists, it is best that you have this evaluated further by your  doctor.Additional diagnostic tests such as blood pressure measurements and tests, ECG, hearing and neurological tests, and EEG may also be done.  Take care and do keep us posted.
