Headaches, numbing of face and limbs in right side of the body

Male, 37yo. Never had migraines.

For the past 2 months, I've experienced re-occurring facial numbing and mild headaches, in the right side of the face. There have also been isolated occurrences of apparent swelling of the scalp.

For the past two days, I also have numbing in my right leg and arm, and feeling of coldness in those limbs.

Other than that, feeling a little more confusion and having problems in concentration and mental ability.

What are the possible diagnosis? Are there any other markers I should look out for to help the diagnosis? When should I seek emergency treatment?

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

I would definitely ask your PCP about this.
