Headaches, pupils different sizes, slight dizziness
I've gotten a headache almost every day for the past 3 weeks and I've never had a problem with chronic headaches before. The headaches feel like a dull pressure, similar to sinus pressure but instead of being at the front it's my whole head. Also, last night before I went to bed I noticed my pupils were different sizes but when I woke up they were back to normal and I start feeling slight dizziness if I've been standing up for a while. I'm a 26 year old male and I stay in shape and have never had any serious medical problems.
Update: I've been checking my eyes all day and my pupils have been uniform every time, but every once in a while I'll get a sharp pain in my right ear. Could all of my symptoms be caused by an ear infection?
