Headaches Causing Slight Paralysis

Ive been having these strange painful headaches since I was a baby.
They happen on my right side. from the top right side of my head to the right side bottom of my ear..
I would describe it as : A vein twitching...a Blocked Vein??...that causes really bad pain...
They occur more freq as I have gotten older.
They could happen when Im just sitting watch tv or just washing dishes, or wake me up from my sleep.
Out of the blue I would say.
But for a fact..When they do occur..
I am unable to move for that time being. Almost like a slight paralysis. With constant pain that is unbearable and it feels like a gun shot to the head.
The pain last for about a minute. But within that minute it feels like hours.
It scares me because Ive spoken to doctors trying to explain the pain.
But I dont believe they understand.
Ive tried researching.
Please if anyone has information.
Please contact my email.

I have not had a MRI or CT scan.  I tried explaining to to my physician but he just believes it is a headache/migrane.... I believe my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a MRI or CT unless he actually diagnosed me.
I can tolerate high amounts of pain. Child labor was a breeze to me. But this...Something is not right....
I can tell you it happens once a day.  Sometimes more depending on the amount of rest I get a night.  It happens so often I think I could fill a standard college rule notebook: Line by line in approx. 8 months.
What serious condition could this be regarding a blocked vein the the brain??
Now I'm starting to notice that when I walk.  I feel this warm sensation on my right leg as if I just urinated on myself.  There is no pain..It shoots down my thigh. Every once. in awhile I have to check to see if I urinated on myself but I dont..It only comes when I walk. When I sit I'm fine..But once I thought I urinated on myself I had to pretend I was tying my shoot just to play it off and make sure I didnt....

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? Was a neurological examination performed? If it was normal, we can think of other differentials aside from neurological causes or primary headaches. Although a blocked vein is not possible because this is usually a serious condition. If it has been recurring for so long, getting a CT scan or MRI will help rule out any anatomical problem. A headache journal may also help with the pattern of occurrences. It may seem sporadic but if recorded, we may see a pattern.  Take care and best regards.
