Headachhes

I have headaches every day. Some are more intense than others. I've noticed before, but particularly today that I have a few spots on my head that are extremely tender/sensitive to touch.

Hello,
The common conditions causing severe headache with tender spots on head are migraine, stress, and high blood pressure and tension headaches. Sinus problems, TMJ disorders can also cause severe headache and tender spots. Try taking some pain killer. Take adequate rest and sleep. If the symptoms are severe and persistent you may need evaluation. A complete medical history and clinical examination is very important for correct diagnosis and management of your condition.
