Heart Beat in head

It seems that nearly everyday I experience an excruciating headache. Some days maybe not so much but other days when I don't get enough sleep I head a terrible headache. Sometimes when I am at rest lying down I begin to feel very drowsy and as soon as I get up I feel like I have no strength at all. I feel as though I am about to pass out and everything turns black sort of. Sometimes I hear a thumping noise in my head like a heart beat and I get a minor headache. This happens all the time and on another occasion someone choked me until I passed out and from what my class described. I experienced a seizure. After the incident I wanted to see a doctor but my father said no. The terrible headaches have been going on for a few years I think. Which was before the incident.

Also I sometimes get aura's and don't take any medication.
