I had had migraines my whole life, it seems now that when I think they are going away they come back twice as bad.
What can I do?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Menopause or premenopause can cause staggering headaches. Refractive errors that come with this age are the biggest culprit, hence consult an eye specialist once. Exercise, yoga, multivitamins with calcium and magnesium all help. Consult a specialist regarding hormone replacement. OCPs do help some but not all. Generally low estrogen is the culprit. You can try food rich in estrogen. The list is available at: http://dogtorj.net/id46.html
A change in medication also help some.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
