Hospitalized with Headaches
My daughter was 9 months old when she developed Meningitis.  It was 2 weeks before we knew if she would live.  Spinal taps were taken from her soft spot because her spine was too small for the needle.
Now she's 41 and has such bad headaches, she is hospitalized.  Could the injections to her head that long ago have a part in whats causing the headaches now? She has 3 children (7 years apart)
and I have also been told, the injections to the spine for child birth can cause headaches if done improperly?  Also..she was told she was having mini- strokes several years ago.  could they have caused these headaches?
Any ideas are welcomed.

Hi,

At 41, it seems unlikely that the procedure done when she was an infant could have caused her present headaches.More recent events surrounding the onset of her headaches have to be considered first.

When was the last time she gave birth?

You have mentioned about mini strokes.Do you have the results of her scan?

Would you be able to elaborate on the character of her headache?

Keep us posted.
