How do you treat Chronic Tension-Type Headaches
Does anyone know of an effective treatment for Chronic Tension Type Headaches?

Background

I'm 28, healthy and active. I have had CTTH (Chronic Tension-Type Headaches) on and off for 3 years. Many doctors and a Neurologist have all diagnosed me with CTTH and attempted to treat my headaches with limited success. My CT and MRI scans were both normal/negative. Neurological exam with Neuro and GP both were normal.

Have tried this:
Elavil / Amitriptyline - limited relief, side effects too strong (dry mouth, etc)
Xanax - no relief
Chiropractor - limited relief
Acupuncture - limited relief

Can anyone recommend any treatments besides those I mentioned?
