Humidity and migraine

How the humidity (i.e. shower) causes migraine to me? Is the humidity into the head pores? into the sinuses? into the ears? Any advice?

I don't think the medical community can answer this for you because there is so little research into this complex trigger.  Hair, ear canals, and sinuses each have their own receptors for external stimuli.

Thank you Eddie1994.
I'll be anyway focused on that trying to cure it.
