I read two questions in your post: 1. Should you be worried. 2. Should you see a physician?
Let me answer the second question first. Should you see a doctor? The short answer is YES. There are many things that can cause "migraine" type symptoms. A good physician will listen to your symptoms, run some tests, and help define your problem. (S)he may then send you on to a specialist or treat you herself/himself. There are often simple solutions to these symptoms. Then again, if it is more complicated it is better to seek help sooner than latter.
That leads into question number two, should you worry? You must be worried at least a little because you posted the question. The concern you feel may be valid. Thus, you have a chose, wait and worry and hope the symptoms go away, or read my first answer again and go see a physician.
I don't mean to sound hard. I have just seen too many people live in pain and not seek solutions. These message boards are good, and other's input is good. However, they can not tell you what's really going on or provide proper medical advise.
I lived in pain for many years. Then after a complex migraine, which was thought to be a stroke, I was diagnosed and started treatment. Me migraines are not gone, but I have half as many as before. AND because I know what is going on, I don't have to worry.
