Is This Normal

I have been having Migraines w/ Auras since about 2 weeks after I had my son. I have no idea what caused them to start. Most of the time when I have these auras they are accompanied by numbness & weakness in my fingers, hands, & arms. As well as numbness in my mouth and face. It doesnt usually last more than maybe 30 minutes but then the migraine starts. Recently I have been having days where I feel very dissoriented and kind of lost almost. I have been having weakness in my left arm even when I dont have migraines or auras. Im concerned that something more serious than migraines is wrong with me so if you have these problems to or have any answers please let me know!
