Is my symptom called tension headache??

I suffered this headache over 2 months, it begins in the morning when I wake up and it can stay for a whole day until I sleep. the Pain comes from both sides of the head, and get tight and tight. and sometimes feel the head was heavy at the back of head, near ears.  
Is that tension headache???
What kinds of treatment are good for or useful to solve the problem.
Someone help me, please.

i tried acupuncture today, and i do feel like better, and plan to do another round tomorrow. Thank you :)

It could be a tension or a sinus headache.  It could be caused by the way you sleep.  Maybe a better pillow or changing sleep position if your neck is in an awkward position.  You could try relaxing or massaging your neck.  Most sinus headaches need antibiotic treatment.  See a doctor if you're concerned or if you're not getting better.
