Hi, brain aneurysms are dilatations of brain vessels usually discovered when they rupture, causing bleeding into the brain or subarachnoid space. Subarachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured brain aneurysm can lead to a hemorrhagic stroke.
The symptoms are peripheral vision deficits, nausea, vomiting, speech complications ,perceptual problems, sudden changes in behavior ,loss of balance and coordination, decreased concentration etc
Investigations like MRI and cerebral angiography are helpful in diagnosis. Relax, all headaches are not related with aneurysm!
