Lightheadedness for 1 year now

Hello everyone,

I have been feeling dizziness and lightheadedness for a year now and I have no idea what is the issue. I had a MRI and CT scan of my head and everything came out normal. Even had blood check and thyroid check and everything came out normal. Because of my insurance problem, I was not able to go to an ENT yet but the only possibility I can think of is an inner ear infection. I googled my problem and it seems a lot of people have trouble similar to mine and its the cause of inner ear infection, and from the results I found people did not have a cure for this. I will finally see an ENT in about 2 week but I was wondering if lightheadedness caused my inner ear infection is usually incurable?

update: I went to the ENT clinic and the doctor said she has no idea what is my problem. So now I have to have a diary and write down my everyday feeling so they can get an idea of what is wrong. It is very discouraging that they have no idea what is going on. Seems like a lot of people that have the same problem as me never got a cure for it.

Try getting bloodwork to check your Vitamin D levels.

Also...magnesium supplements may help you.

If you look up vitamin D and magnesium deficiency you'll see dizziness and light headedness are symptoms.

I will definitely get that checked. Is there anything else that you think may be a problem?
