Hi,
Headache on straining like bowel movement can occur due to a benign cause like exertional headaches. These headaches usually go away by themselves.
However these headaches can also be due to serious causes like raised intracranial pressure due to neurological lesion.
I would suggest you to get yourself evaluated by your GP as it is always advised to get a clinical evaluation done when one suffers from headaches due to bowel straining.
Thanks
