Migraine

At first instance i get a shot of  ear pain for a secons, then it is followed by Head ache which is in the middle area of the head, sometimes followed by vommittings. How to avoid ? could you suggest me a good medicine to be taken.

Try eating a banana. This is often due to a shortage of potassium in the body, Good luck god bless

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Headache with vomiting usually are associated with migraine headaches.  This is managed buy rest, ice packs, pain medications and avoidance of triggers. With regards to the ear pain, have this also evaluated by an ear doctor to rule out infection. Bananas, as long as taken in moderation, can be eaten by diabetics as well.  Take care and do keep us posted.

Do this balancing of left and right nadi for 20 minutes daily, and let me know when the headache starts going down.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
