There is no doubt that the migraine has increased in severity. And your concern about the lipoma is also apt.
The lipoma was there in 2003 also. But you migraine has increased in severity since july 2007. How can we explain the long gap ? We need to repeat the MRI of the brain. And if the lipoma has increased in size significantly, you can say that it is the cause.
This lipoma can cause increased intracranial pressure. Hence, an MRI and a Neurologist's opinion are recommended.
