Migranes and lightheadedness along with other symptoms

I am 20 year old women and I have been getting these migraines along with lightheaded and tingling in my arms and hands and previously I had the same issue and with added symptoms of slurred speech and double vision. I have taken Advil migraine and have seen the doctor as well as a chiropractor. The doctor told me there was nothing wrong just probably a viral cold or something and the chiropractor has been helping me because maybe it is a neck or back alignment issue but neither have seemed to help. Not even the Advil migraine which usually helps with my migraines has helped. The migraine pain is mostly in the back of my neck where the spine would meet your skull. I would really appreciate any advice or help to see if anything can help me because this is interfering with my online schooling as well and its hard to do my work when I have the migraine.
