My face hurts.
I suffer from frequent headaches. Usually, the part of my face which hurts is the area around my eyes, which feels like it's throbbing. I do have asthma and have been told sinus headaches can result from a buildup of mucus, but I was wondering if there's anything I can do to eliminate these headaches. When I say the area around my eyes I mean that literally- Eyebrows, side of the face, right below the eyes, by the nose, etc. I also experience headaches in this area when I read for long periods of time (I've never had any sort of eye trouble either). Why does this keep happening to me?
