My symptoms drained head

I have been experiencing a feeling of my head being drained at the front and sore and wounder if this could be a migraine or head ache problem.

I have also been experiencing ears popping and a bunged up nose.

Herd some one mention thngs like beta blockers stop things like this. I am not sure what it could be and wanted some sort of diagnosis or potential problems from my symptoms.

Hi,
How are you? Sinus Headaches may present with gnawing pain over nasal area, often increasing in severity throughout day. Migraine, on the other hand,  is one sided throbbing pain. Sinus headaches are caused by acute infection producing blockage of sinus ducts and preventing normal drainage. However, sinus headaches are rare but migraine and cluster headaches are often misdiagnosed as sinus in origin.  Have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Decongestants and antibiotics may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
