NOT your normal Headache. 15-30 Head pains/day.

Sorry for long post.  I’m getting desperate and need help NOW.  I’ve been getting horrific head pains for almost twenty years now.  Up until last year they had always been unilateral on the right side.  Now they are bilateral.  In the beginning they were only once or twice a week but normal by no means.  Their description is best described as those associated with SUNCT Syndrome.  They’re short lasting; usually 1-5 minutes in length and start at the base of my scull.  They work their way up behind my ears; through my upper teeth and gums to the front of my head, where they EXPLODE then go away like nothing happened only leaving me teary eyed and runny nosed with scalp tender to the touch.   I mentioned “headaches” to my physicians through the years and they blew it off as migraine, stress, ergonomic or something else.  Finally in 1996 I insisted on an MRI and they found a pituitary tumor (prolactinoma).  I was prescribed Parlodel (Bromocriptine) 2 capsules, 5mgs each, twice a day to reduce my prolactin level and this somehow helped minimize the severity and quantity of the pains.  I have now worked my way up to 6 capsules per day and am getting pains 15-20 times per day with a pain scale up to 7 & 8.  I might have one or two good days every other week with only a few attacks each day.  If I miss a dose, God forbid, it’s 20-30 times a day with pain up to 9 & 10.  The endo does not want to prescribe any more.  It’s gotten to the point where I’m afraid to get out of bed in the mornings because I don’t want to face the pain.  I can’t do anything productive to earn an income or even clean my house and I’ve gained over 20 lbs in the last 4 months and feel my total health declining.  I’ve been a brave girl up until now but, I’m finding myself crying all the time; mostly frustration & fear.  The endo doesn’t feel the head pains are associated with the pituitary and neither do I.  Getting up from a lying or sitting position triggers the pains as well as bending over, looking up, taking a shower, sneezing, walking up steps, and adrenalin rushes associated with fear or anger.  I don’t have high blood pressure or sleep apnea.  I do have Diabetes 2, I smoke, and I am obese.  My nose is always either stuffy or runny and I use an antihistamine spray daily.  I also think I have Candida.  I’ve been rear ended in car accidents twice in my younger years and was in a roll over accident once resulting in a concussion.  NAID’s have not worked and I’m non-responsive to pain medications.  A Chiropractor hasn’t worked either.  PLEASE does anyone know what’s causing these pains and how to get rid of them?  What’s in the Parlodel that helps the pain?  How do I get the doctor’s to LISTEN to me and to quit blowing these off as just your average headache?  What type of specialist should I be seeing?  Two neurologists have accomplished nothing so far.  What tests should they be doing?
