Nausea with magnesium

I have been taking magnesium for migraines for about six months now and although it has helped the migraines immensely, once I feel one coming on with just slight pressure and pain, I immediately get nauseated.  Does anyone else have this problem?  If I take Tylenol it helps alleviate the problem.  Weird.

Hi and welcome to the Migraines & Headaches Community.

Nausea is a classic symptom of migraines. Get some Meclizine/25mg from your pharmacy, from behind the counter, not on shelf. You can take one 3 times a day as needed. It works wonderfully!
