New Type of Headache than normal

I have had daily headaches since 2002.  These have primarily been tension headaches and I have just learned to live with them.  I have had 3 migraines over this span of time as well.  As if all of these headaches weren't enough I developed a different type of headache over the last 1.5 months.  I wake up almost every morning with a shap pain that covers my forehead and my top eyelids.  I also have developed light sensitivity with this.  If I take tylenol, aspirin and caffiene it will resolve in about 1 hour to where I am more aware of my tension headache than this pain.  This "early morning" headache continued like this for the first month or so, but over the past 2 weeks I have started having a recurrance of this headache in the evening too.  Same headache, same place, same everything, but now it is happening multiple times a day. Any ideas on why I have a new type of headache and what it could be?  It isn't as severe as the migraines I've had but it borders on it except that It is every day now.

Tension headaches may cause drooping of eye lids .It mainly occurs as a result of some stress or psychological reason.Tension headaches can also be accompanied by ocular migraines causing such neurological symptoms. Tension headache is a result of muscle contraction in the face, neck and scalp as a result of heightened emotions, tension or stress. One way to help reduce stress is by planning ahead and organizing your day. Another way is to allow more time to relax. Applying heat or ice to sore muscles may ease the tension. It is usually temporary but you need to adapt healthy life style and prevent stressful events to avoid such attacks.
