Hey girl...I just read this and I feel for you...like donna80 said calm down.  The neck and shoulder pain is defintley because you are so tense and stressed.  I also got an EEG and a sinus MRI and found out that they were"enlarged", if I remember right, it's been about a yr ago, but  I was put on some meds for that.  I also had a brain MRI and that came out normal as well.  Needless to say I just have migraines and thats it!   It sucks, but I deal with it the best way I know how...AHHHH!! I know I have mentioned Relpax 40mg before and that seems to work.  I also take that along with Fiorocet if it doesn't go away after taking two of the Relpax (which it does call for).  I also take the Topamax once a day (100mg),  which some get terrible side effects from.
Hang in there girl!  I feel for you:(

Awwwww hun... listen calm down ok..? i know its hard but just calm down, your not doing yourself any good... You said you have had a sinus mri? and a brain mri? i presume? Well if there was anything wrong that would of been found..

Now i hope i can reasure you about developing an aneurisum, people with aneurisums are usually born with them and most dont even know  they have them untill they urupt, they are sometimes just found without looking for them.. and because you have had an mri it wouldve been found.. and anything else..

Your allways tired and have a painfull neck and shoulders because your so tense..  i was the exact same..

Please dont worry i know its hard..

now back to your headaches.. what kind of meds are you taking? have you been given a diagnosis for them?
