On and off headache from koren ginseng use

Hello , I've started taking korean ginseng 3 days ago to boost my energy levels & concentration,It worked quite well btw , Each pill contains 500mg and on the label it says to take 1 to 2 pills 3 times a day which is alot,I didnt take that much,Just 2 pills twice a day (1000mg at a time and 2000mg total,4 pills overall), Since i started taking it ive been having on and off headaches on my right side , I'm fine for the most part but on ocassions the headache just hits me and lasts for 2-3 mins then goes away , I know this will self solve if i'll stop taking ginseng but i was wondering if it will self solve on a lower dosage,Any recomedations for daily dosage? , I read that it's bad to take ginseng along with any other stimulatns so i didn't drink my green tea lately as i usually do , Other then that i'm not drinking any caffinated beverage
