Orgasmic Cephalalgia

I contracted this condition last week.  It's a screaming nasty headache that onsets suddenly and without warning, exactly two seconds before I reach orgasm, and lingers from five minutes to an hour afterward.  I've never had this before in my life, and had it for the first time Sunday a week ago.

I was worried about an aneurysm or other brain hemorrhaging, so I went to a doctor, got an MRI, and it all comes back clean.  

I'm currently undergoing chiropractic treatment, and have been for the past two to three months, focusing primarily on my lower back.  My chiropractic practitioner had recently moved up to focusing more on my neck though.  

I would like to know if there's any documentation about possible chiropractic CAUSES or SOLUTIONS to this condition.  The condition is fairly poorly understood, as near as I can tell, and I would like to know whether either A) it may have been caused by the chiropractic treatment, or B) it might be solved by chiropractic treatment.  I do not necessarily blame the treatment, but I need to know whatever is known so I can make the best decision how to proceed.  I'm getting a neurologist referral this week, and will pursue that avenue as well.

This is a very important quality of life issue for me.  I'm very concerned that my sex life may have been wrecked for the rest of my life.  Please take any answers seriously.  Thanks in advance.
