I should be a sales rep for this company but RIGHT GUARD, $26.99 at Walgreens - you can customize it yourself very easily. Very good product and recommended by neurologists.
Hi.
It has indeed been reported that some people who grind their teeth during sleep could benefit from wearing a mouth guard. However, not every migraine sufferer can benefit from this and some mouth guards are too expensive to purchase without any certainty whether it would be of help to them or not.
If you can have one made by your dentist, like what Elly 1 had done, and the cost would be reasonable, then I would advise you to try them to see if it would ease or prevent your migraines.
Thank you to the thread starter for bringing this to our attention.
