Paratrigeminal Neuralgia

Is there anyone on this site that has been diagnosed with Paratrigeminal Neuralgia?  If so, is there any relation to MS in your case?  Has the Pain and Droopy eye ever subsided?  I would like to converse with anyone that has been diagnosed with this Raeder's Syndrome as it used to be called.

Maybe I should post the symptoms I have been having with Paratrigeminal Neuralgia (Raeder's Syndrome).  It started with a severe ice pick type pain in my right temple, pain excrutiating yet fleeting, so severe my whole body jerks when the pain hits.  The pain is followed by ptosis of the left eye which is drooping of the left eye.  It is not the same as Trigeminal Neuralgia in that the pain is focused in the temple area and is sharp yet fleeting and the drooping of the eye opposite to the pain.
