Physiotherapy + Migraines/Headaches

Hi,

I am curious how many people here have tried physiotherapy as a treatment for migraines, tension headaches or other types of headaches and found that it improved their situation... either by reducing the frequency of headache attacks or by reducing the severity of pain for individual attacks?

I haven't tried physiotherapy as a headache treatment, but the hospital was going to recommend me to go through it after my surgery. They said that it would help with the severe pain I had afterwords, so I believe that it might also be able to help with your headaches. I hope that it helps! :)
