Please ! I beg your help

Hi. I am a 23 years old male. Two weeks before i felt a little vibration in the upper part of my eye followed by pain at the back of the head. It happens especially when i become angry or have some mental pressure / stress. I followed up with a Neurologist last Saturday and he gave me one Traditional Chinese Medicine (as i am in China) which is use to clear the blood veins of the brain or something etc., and i am taking this medicine for last 5 days. I have recently alot of family pressue and i slept very late from last 1 month (like 5 o clock in morning). Also, i am on computer for 24 hours daily due to my profession demands.

I am feeling a little bit better from lst 5 days, however the pain still remains there. Sometimes it seems that someone put a needle in my head nerve for one second.

My neurologist refer that this is due to my stress.

What could be this ?

Hi,

Your symptoms are very likely due to stress. It is important however to rule out high BP.
I would suggest you to do some deep breathing exercises everyday. Scalp massage, warm showers and daily physical activity will also help in keeping stress levels low. Try and find out the root cause of your current mental state and write down what you can do to make it better. You are very young and have your whole life in front of you. Good luck and let us know if you have more questions.

Thankyou very much doctor for your support. I indeed want to know that how can and when can i really get rid of this pain. Also, this morning i felt pain in my finger joint (I am also a patient of uric acid and high LFT's since my childhood).

Recently, the neck is also not uncomfortable.

I try to make myself calm, but sometimes i become angry and my problem starts again.

Hi,

Pain in the finger joint can be related to the high uric acid levels. This needs to be confirmed by a clinical exam and tests. I would suggest you to try out alternate therapies like yoga, meditation, acupressure and acupuncture.
Tension and spasm in the neck muscles can cause problems in the neck. Daily neck exercises will also help loosen up the muscles.
