Please help w/Vascular Headache Symptoms + more

For almost three years now, I have had swooshing sounds in my head (always in the morning) accompanied by severe headaches.  Along with this, comes vomiting and blackouts.  These episodes last anywheres from 24-48 hours.  I can not stay awake at all.  Even when I go to the bathroom to get sick I will pass out on the toilet.  I do not know how long I have been there for.  Then all I can do is crawl back to bed.  No matter what I do I am not able to stay awake AT ALL.  I have gone to the doctor numerous times, with no luck at all.  It started out very frequently, but now happens 1-2 times every 6 weeks.  Which to me is still alot when you do not know what is going on and not sure if you will ever wake up.  If anyone has had any similiar problems or knows of such problems, please let me know.  Thank you for reading.

Hi,

If high BP has been ruled out, other possibilities like Migraine, ear diseases and TIA or transient ischemic attacks should be looked into. It will also help us to know if you have undergone CT scan or MRI of the head.
I would suggest you to discuss these possibilities with your treating physician and let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks
