Please help

I have been having problems with my right eye for about 3 years.  I regularly get headaches above the right eye.  I have also been getting migraines more often.  I also feel a twitching to the right of my eye around my brow.  There is a irritation that goes along with everything in my eye.  Today I noticed a very noticeable difference with the size of my pupil on the right being much larger than the left.  This is all happening at the same time and I am concerned about what is happening  I do not have health care insurance.  So I am not wanting to go in if this is nothing of concern.  It just seems like this cannot be normal.  Please help

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Migraine can cause dilatation of pupil and twitching. Another possibility is sinusitis which can cause pain behind the eyes.
Have you been able to find a trigger for your symptoms?
I would suggest you to maintain a headache diary as it will help you identify some of the triggers. Migraines can be triggered by bright lights, loud noise, red wine, aged cheese, processed meats, foods that contain MSG and artificial sweeteners and caffeine.
You can also take magnesium supplements which have been known to prevent migraine attacks.
Take care!
