Pressure and fatigue

I do not really know if I am posting this correctly and it is my first time doing so.

I will start off by naming my problem. It seems like constantly my head has pulsations in it.  I get about 3 or 4 at a time and they occur any time; whether I am sitting, laying down, walking, etc. Also I have been very tired lately. I can get a full nights sleep night after night with naps during the day and still always feel very tired. Another thing is that when I get the pulsations in my head I feel like I am on the edge of losing conciousness, like I feel as if I am about to pass out, however I have not passed out at all. Back on the topic of sleeping, I can be tired all day and when I go to get in bed I cannot fall asleep and the pulsations help to keep me awake.  I do not know what is causing this but I would like to know.

hi,please get your blood pressure checked. Also, do consult an Neurologist as it might be the beginning of migraine or else. To rule out any space occupying lesions in brain,CT scan can be done(although you are not experiencing any focal deficit, chances of lesion are remote). Most of the time, these pulsations gets treated with simple pain killers and anti anxiety medicines.Take care!
