Pressure behind eyes? migraine?

i feel like i have pressure above my eyes. for example when i roll my eyes it cause discomfort. i'm worried it may be optic neuritis?
what does optic neuritis feel like?
i also have nasal congestion that switches from one side of the nostril to the other. and  NEVER ENDING post nasal drainage. i don't have a sore throat tho. i'm very concerned its optic neuritis bc the past few days i have been feeling odd. just off balance. i also have had a dull headache for about 2 weeks. my legs have been tingly and foot goes to sleep. and muscle twitches here and there along with eye twitches & body aches... this has caused me to worry that i may have multiple sclerosis. especially since my eyes feel strange. i know optic neuritis is a common symptom of ms. im 20 yrs old. ive been to the ER twice and to the doctors office once. ive had two cat scans that came back normal. i asked the doctor if it was neuroligical and he implied he was 100% sure it was not and that ot was just migraines... from my knowledge migranes (migraines) shouldnt last for 2 weeks along with all other symptoms... someone please give insight.

Hi, my migraines are behind my eyes and iI only get a headache and upset stomach if I do not take a few advil at the first sign of pain in my eyes.  I also get the auroa associated with migraines and I usually feel very disoriented.  It could very easily be a migraine.  Like I said if I take advil at the immediate onset, it usually helps.  My migraine are daily.  i very rarely go with a migraine at least once a day.

Hi,
How are you? Optic neuritis or  inflammation of the optic nerve may present with loss of vision in one eye over the course of an hour or a few hours; changes in the way the pupil reacts to bright light, loss of color vision and pain when you move the eye.  An MRI of the brain including special images of the optic nerve, color vision tests  and visual acuity testing may need to be done. Cluster Headaches usually presents with pain in vicinity of eye. Tearing of eye, nose congestion, flushing of face may also be observed. This is often precipitated by smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages. Have this evaluated further for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.

Hi,

I suffer form migraines and migraine varients and they cause a plethora of weird symptoms.My migraines have caused 15 lesions/spots in my brain.Mine mimic stroke and cause actual motor weakness (Hemiplegic migraines) You should look up migraine varients/equivalents you will be surprised by the symptoms.Do not under estimate the havoc migraines can cause.
But I also get a weird pressure behind my eyes too. Turns out I have an Astigmatism and needed glasses.It has helped with the eye issues.
You do need to go back to the neurologists and be fully evaluated. Also it would be wise to get your eyes checked too.
