Pressure in the head

Pressure in the head

I am 51 year old female who has had BBPV and regular vertigo. Ihave gone for therapy and the wellness doctors, neurologists, ents, etc. All tests come back negative (mri's, blood, hormones, etc.) However I still do not feel right. I get pressure in my head most of the time and have been getting alot of headaches but not migaine. I am so confused because every test says i dont have sinus problems. although i have a small polyp and mild signs of sinus disease. But when i have this pressure i am exhausted and have to lay down or be alone in quiet. Is there anything else that can be going on with me that the doctors are missing? we all know our bodies and we know when something is not right and i know its not right but i dont know if its sinus, balance(vertigo) vestibular., anxiety, i dont even know where to go anymore. can you suggest anything?

Hi,
How are you? It is good that the diagnostic tests done were normal. Can you elaborate on the location of the pressure? This can also be due to primary headaches such as tension headaches. This type is often associated with stress or anxiety. Rest, removal of trigger and prescription medications may help provide relief. If possible, check with a neurologist also for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
