Pulsating feeling in left temple??? Advice Please

I suffer from migrains once in a while that tend to start with my vision getting blurry to it clearing up and then i get what seems like the worst headache! Well about three days ago i had an episode and ever since then i have had this type of pressure in my left temple, sometimes it seems to expand to my eye and left cheek. It is starting to scare me! Right now i am 5 days away from moving out of state, my husband started a new job about 6 weeks ago and i have became somewhat of a single mom of three daughters, On top of school, my mom going through surgery and taking care of the kids it has been a little overwhelming. Now that the time is nearing where we are getting readt to make the move i find myself more anxious. Is this causing my head spasms? Please any advice would be appreciated.
