Recent head pains

Over the last few weeks I have been having these pains at the back of my head.

I would not describe it as a headache but rather a painful, warm, uncomfortable sensation that I feel at the lower back part of my head. They do not last very long but occur approximately once or twice a day. This has started approximately 3 weeks ago. What could this be from and should I be concerned?

Im not sure if it is at all related but a week ago I also developed an eye twitch. The upper lid of my right eye spasms rather frequently. I have never had this before.

Hi,
How are you? Are there other symptoms present? Your headache and eye spasm could be associated especially if both have neurological causes. Dull headaches may be due to tension headache. While eye twitching or blepharospasm is involuntary eye muscle spasm and is believed to be caused by an abnormal functioning of certain nerve areas which control the coordination of muscle movements. It can also be due to idiopathic causes, side effect of certain medications, stress, irritation of the cornea, fatigue, lack of sleep, prolonged staring at a computer screen or television and even from nervous system disorders.  Rest, ice pack and stress manageemnt may help.  If it persists, check with your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
