Relief...anyone seen it?

Hello all, I am a 24 year old female that has been suffering chronic daily headaches/migraines for the past 10years. However, recently I have been experiencing migraines at higher severities, durations (currently on 3-4 weeks of maybe 12 hours of relief one day), and frequencues. I have a family history of stroke (mother age 31 and sister age 18) and have high antiphospholipids and only 1 MTHFR marker that the hematologist was unconcerned about due to the marker.
I have been on/tried: Topomax (topamax) (too many side effects), Keppra (caused depression), Celexa (did nothing), Verapimil (dropped pressure TOO much), Ultram (didn't touch it), a number of prescribed NSAIDs that didn't touch the pain, flexiril, baclofen, injection of Toradol (didn't touch), and possible a few pain killers I can't even remember
What I am currently taking: Vit B2 (200mg 2x/day), CoQ10 (200mg 2x/day), Amitriptyline (20mg 1x/day), Hydrocodone 5/500 PRN, and recently Diazepam 5mg PRN.

For any doctors on here: Is there a next progressive step that you could recommend? My doctor has prescribed my an MRI and MRV to be done in the next 2 weeks and has made mention of nerve block injections and even botox in the future if I'm still not finding any relief.

For anyone else suffering like me: Any suggestions? Anyone know of an accupunturist they would reccommend in the Hudson Valley, NY area?
