SEVERE ACHE ON THE LEFT BOTTOM OF HEAD

Hi, I have being experiencing severe aches on the bottom region of the head on the left side for a week.I have pain on almost all days and almost through out the day.I also feels pressurized on the left half of my face,jaws,left ear and left half of the back side of the neck.I feel better after a sleep but i again get pain soon i wake up.I also find it difficult to move my head.I didn't take any medications so far.I had had migraines before,last which i had was 2 years back,but not so severe.I would like to know whether these are symptoms of migraine and whether i have to go to a doctor.
