Serious migraine every October and March

I get a serious migraine every October and March that has to be handled with 1 to 2 rounds of steroids each time (the sumatriptan and daily preventive medicine are not enough) and alternative therapies like acupuncture and applied kinesiology. I eat an autoimmune paleo diet and it still doesn't prevent/reduce these migraines episodes. My question: Is there a seasonal component to these migraines? I have been charting all migraines for the last three years and can say with certainty they are always worse in October and March.

What strikes me about your symptoms are the Autumnal and Vernal Equinox time periods that seem to accentuate your migraines.  Why this occurs in you I do not know however, the commonality seems to do with changes in sunlight.  If you can tell us what State you live in I might be able to think about the science behind why this is possible.

Just try to avoid things that triggers migraine, like getting enough sleep, staying away from caffeine, stop eating yellow cheese, avoid high lights. Migraine can be  controlled. U can take a strong pain killers whenever migraine attacks.

I think you need to try out more medications if the ones you have are not enough. You shouldn't have to take steroids this often. Just my opinion.
