Severe Headache and dizzyness (nausia) after sex.

About 6 days ago I realized after sex I got a SEVERE headache. It has steadily gotten worse ever time I get intimate. I read up on coital headaches, and it worries me because I think I may have an aneurysm. I have no medical insurance and am scared to death this could kill me. I have never felt pain like this before, and it lasts between 15 mins to 3-4 hours. Any advice would be appreciated. I live in a small town and our ER is not very advanced.
