Severe Headaches

I have been experiencing headaches since my car accident in Nov08.  I have been through Chiropractic, Massage Physical Therapy, Pain Management and then again myofacial(sp) release.  Nothing seems to help.  The pain meds allow me to sleep but I wake up within two hours still with the horrible headache.  Xrays/MRI of neck show slipped disc and spinal cord slightly rotated.  I got Facet shots, which made the neck pain go away but nothing will help the headaches.  I am hoping someone can give me som suggestions on what next to try, do or say to the doctors.

You didn't say what kind of headaches, but have you ever seen a Neurologist?  Have you had an MRI or a CT scan?  You might be having a type of migraine, which often happens after a car accident, especially if you hit your head.  You mentioned a spinal cord injury, so a neurologist or would also know what to do for that as well.
