Severe headache for 4months

Hi
Im a 21yr old female having headaches for 4months now. Most doctors said its a tension headache or a migraine.

A severe sharp  pain starts from the back of the head, spreading as a throbbing pain mostly to the right. I feel a movement on sides of my head before the pain starts, as if some muscles are moving. And also hear ringing on either ears,  extremly sound sensitive, mild light sensitivity .. very blured vision during the headache, see bright colours or black shades before my eyes, feel very dizzy, light or heavy headed, nausea- without vomiting, rashes with itching that appears on my neck, chest, shoulder, chin, earlobes - looks like a pimple that disappears within hours or less! Also, experience very sharp pain in the heart when the headaches starts , often with numbness of arms & fingers. i often feel tighting of the muscle of my legs
& i sleep & sleep but still feel sleepy!

I used to have headaches before but not like this. 4Months ago i suddenly developed this severe throbbing headache with severe lightsensitivity, nausea & rashes with 38.8 fever- which doctors said was a Dengue fever.. & said the headache would go away as it could be a mild viral meningitis..
but it didnt stop . my tempreture is now mostly from 36.6 to 37.4 .. it seems that i dont have a fever but i feel very feverish!

Past medical history: Had active TB & finished a 6months anti-TB medicine course. its been 4 months since i stopped the tb meds..
No allergy, head injury, ENT issues or dental issues.

What could it possibly be? it is disturbing my : daily activity, as i feel drained &  work performance, as i cannot focus or engage in critical analysis and i have difficulty remembering things! i also feel like im lacking emotions to express myself & remain quite most of thd time..

Help !
