Severe headaches and migraine

Hi im "chiqui" from Philippines. I've read some of the post just a while ago and i certainly don't know what topic should i pick first. Well these are my problems... Back in my Highschool days, i've always had the headache thing or a mild migraine. I haven't consult any physician coz the headache thing is gone in just a few days or so, it often happened until i've reach my tertiary years. During my college days, my headaches gets worst and my eyes gets teary everytime it attacks. I also have problems sleeping at night, i usually sleep around 3-4am and wke early at around 5-6am. My everyday sleep routine is just 2-3hours. Now i'm working and same headaches thing happens to me. I just want to know why all these things happening to me? Should there'll be a need to contact a physician or something?? BTH i'm a bilogy grad., and i myself is trying the best way i can to lessen the pain this headaches causing me.

Hi,
How are you? Cluster headaches may present with pain and tearing of the eye, nose congestion, flushing of face, pain that frequently develops during sleep and may last for several hours. The attacks occur every day for weeks then disappear. Rest, sleep well, and prescription medications may help. You may also benefit from further evaluation by a neurologist for proper management. Take care and regards.
