Shaking head up and down causes slight pain

I don't really have a headache. But every time I shake my head up and down i feel slight pain on my left upper side. Also, when I shake it lightly, I don't feel it, I have to shake my head a bit more. I have felt this for some time, but not all the time, just most of the time. Some days, I just don't feel it. On a scale where the strongest pain is 10, I would describe this as 1, maybe occasionally 2.
I am afraid this could be a brain tumor and I keep obsessing with that.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
This looks more like a slight nerve compression at cervical level. Visit a chiropractor and learn neck exercises. If you start them now the symptoms and the compression will disappear.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I forgot to mention one more thing. Sometimes, it is very irregular, i feel a little pain, very light pain in those areas without any reason, the pain only lasts 1-2 seconds. I have days when i don't feel it and i have day when i feel it, sometimes a few times a day, sometimes more often. This pain on the left upper side, and sometimes in around my ear, all pain very short and light.
It is all driving me crazy, i am very obsessed with bad thoughts.
