Sharp pain on the top of my head

I am not sure where to post this because I have not had anything like this before.  I get migranes (migraines) about once a month so I know what those are like and this is nothing like that at all.  I have a shooting sharp pain on the top of my head on the right side.  When I bend down the pain shoots to my right eye or if I turn my head I may feel it in my eye.  It does not hurt all the time only when I move and especially when I bend down.  I am not sick to my stomache, I do not have vision problems.  My pupils are not dialated and I have full movement of my neck and head.  Any clue as to what this is would be great

I suggest that you have your eyes checked. This may be a localized eye problem which may aggravate your already present headaches. Also, have you had a baseline intracranial scan done before?

I suggest that you have a scan done for  baseline reference. This may not be something urgent. Just watch out for vomiting, loss of balance, weakness and numbness. When this occurs, a prompt consult with a physician is necessary.
