Sinus Pressure with no discharge

Sinus Pressure with no discharge

I have severe pressure on head, cheeks and this pressure also causes severe pain from last 6 months.
Doctor told me that  I am suffering from sinus infection but the antibiotics prescribed by him does not seems to work. I have also CT scan of sinus that comes with report that no cough is in my sinus and there is mild deviation in nasal septum. Those who had recovered from such problems please help me to get the right way of its treatment.
But a few days ago yellow colour cough first time come through my nose.

Hi,
How are you? Sinus headaches may present with pain over nasal area that may often increase in severity throughout the day. This can indeed be caused by acute infection, nasal polyps, and anatomical deformities, such as a deviated septum, that block the sinus ducts. headaches are rare. Antibiotics, decongestants, and surgical drainage may be indicated. This can recur also. If the yellow discharge is present, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and regards.
