Sinus pressure, muscle aches

Hello,
I was recently in a car accident. Received a concussion. About a month after this incident I had horrible sinus pain and is still going on 6 months later. About 3 months ago I had trouble breathing, air hunger, palpitations and about two months ago started to have really bad muscle aches. About a week ago I started having horrible lightheadedness to wear I can't go anywhere because I feel faint. I have had a CT scan of head, neck, chest xray, a whole range of thyroid tests, cbc, blood gas, checked for blood infections, lyme disease, mono, and i think thats it. 2 years before the accident they said i had migranes (migraines) and was put on depakote. Do you think this could be migranes (migraines) again? I never had sinus pain or even headaches when they told me i had migranes (migraines), i was just really lightheaded. med didn't really work .

I was also in a car accident where a car hit me head on on the motorway and can only describe what i get as migranes (migraines) these come when i have had the troumour of thinking or having to talk about the accident, i will somtimes have nighmares about the accident and then wake up felling like my head is going to explode.

This include confusion, headache, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, memory problems, sensitivity to light and noise, sleep disturbances and irritability. In addition to this, post-traumatic headaches, especially from motor vehicles share many symptoms with primary headaches. If your medications do not help, have this evaluated further by your doctor.
